Any personal information supplied by you to MARKET BOSWORTH SOCIETY will be kept on file. MARKET BOSWORTH SOCIETY will always store your personal details securely and delete them once they are no longer relevant or when requested by you. A record of members’ and non-members contact details may be kept for historical purposes. You may request the MARKET BOSWORTH SOCIETY to delete your details by contacting the secretary and confirming your identity.
When you fill in an Application Form you are asked to provide MARKET BOSWORTH SOCIETY with some Personal Data. This data will be used by the MARKET BOSWORTH SOCIETY to communicate with you. You can opt out of our communications at any time by contacting the MARKET BOSWORTH SOCIETY secretary.
We will use the data to provide the service that you expect and will communicate with you as you have agreed to. The data we hold will be used to send you AGM information, monthly newsletters, information which may be of interest to you, etc. and to communicate with you as necessary.

Listing Terms and conditions
MBS reserve to right to delete any events, weblinks or any other material considered inappropriate. Listings submitted, once accepted will be loaded onto the Calendar(s) within 10 working days. Requests for amendments to listings are permitted (depending on sponsorship level held) and will be completed within 10 working days. Under any circumstances only one amendment in any three-month period will be accepted. MBS will not accept responsibility for sponsors details or websites and it remains the responsibility of the sponsor to ensure these details are accurate and up to date. Any errors should be notified immediately.
The MBS will not endorse any listing on this site and it is incumbent upon any organiser(s) of any event to ensure they have the correct and adequate level of Liability Insurance in place prior to submitting events for listing. The MBS will not be liable for any loss, accidental or subsequent or in any other way, by anyone attending any publicised events. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that they are satisfied with all Heath and Safety arrangements made by the event co-ordinators or creators.
